Although I believe in enjoying your time while playing the sport you love, I also believe that at this age, the coaches can truly teach these young athletes that being great is much more than being athletically gifted. Attitude, perseverance, team comradery, dedication, listening skills, being coachable, and effort, collectively determine how far you will make it and how great you will become.  I require as much effort in practice as I do in a game. I require their attitudes to be always respectful to both the coaches and teammates. We, as an organization require, they BE there physically and mentally for practices and games. It is important for me and the teammates that make flag football their priority to have teammates who share the same passion. Whether win or lose, my goal is to see growth individually and amongst the team.
